40 new health mediators Start learning from the Medical University - Sofia
Today in the Hall of Military akedemiya the official opening of the training of 40 new mediators. Training will be conducted by lecturers from the Faculty of Public Health and a team of trainers from the National Network of Health Mediators.

The newly mediators are the municipalities of Sofia, Ihtiman Tran, Petrich, Strumyani, Slatina, Plovdiv, Ruse, Burgas, Karnobat Aytos, Varna, Provadia Pavlikeni Radnevo Chirpan, Shumen, Veliki Preslav, Dobrich, Dobrich municipality Shabla , Targovishte, Karlovo, Kotel, Radomir Seslav, Lower Bishopric. The training of 15 new mediators, and their wages for the first year of their appointment, provided by the pharmaceutical company Glakso-Smith Kline in an international project which is implemented in Bulgaria, Slovakia, Romania and Hungary.

The mediators were welcomed by the Dean of the Faculty of Public Health, Professor Tzekomir Vodenicharov, Dr. Dimitrov, director of "Public Health" to MH, Rosica Ivanova NSSEIV, Prof. Ivailo Turnev, Penka Georgieva from the patient organization "Smile "and Mrs. Mariela Marcheva of Glakso-Smith-Kline. Read was a congratulatory letter from Dr. Daniela Daritkova, Chairman of the Health Assembly.
